Premetto che io il roomba non ce l'ho & posso fare al massimo il traduttore ...
Il link che hai messo non funziona, su irobot.com si trovano + articoli che potrebbero essere legati (400 va' all'indietro, va' in cerchio, etc.)
Dovresti indicare il mesaggio esatto che ti da', qua' la lista:

1) Briskly slap the bumper 15-20 times, alternating between the left and right sides of the bumper to dislodge any debris in the bumper sensor.
2)Turn Roomba OFF and turn the Roomba on its back.
3)Direct compressed air into the gap under the robot between the bumper and main body. Start in the center and then angle the air outwards to the side.
4)Remove the battery and direct compressed air into the openings in the robot battery well that are visible when the battery is removed (Figure 2).
1) dai degli schiaffoni 15-20 volte sul bumper, alternando sinistra & destra, per "togliere" ogni "schifezza"
2) spegni il roomba (secondo me meglio farlo subito ..) & giralo
3) spara aria compresa nello spazio tra il bumper & lo chassis. Parti dal centro e inclina il "getto" verso l'esterno (sia a destra che a sinistra suppongo)
4) togli la batteria & spara l'aria nelle aperture nel "pozzo" batteria che dovrebbero essere visibili nella figura 2
Per finire, se e' ancora in garanzia, senti l'assistenza (questo non e' scritto ...
